🔐 Security First: Biometric ID Checks & AML Compliance

To meet current regulations and protect against financial crime, we implement biometric identity verification for all clients. This secure, AI-powered process uses facial recognition and document matching to meet Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards. It’s fast, compliant, and now a core part of our onboarding and review procedures. If you have not yet completed this step, or would like your unique link resent, please let us know.

We’re also in the process of updating client records to meet regulatory standards. If you haven’t recently completed an onboarding form, you’ll receive a secure link to an e-signature document soon.

📈 T’s & C’s Update

Just a reminder that we have recently updated our T’s & C’s:

We reserve the right to amend clients invoices based on work carried out. All clients will be on set fees for bookkeeping and VAT services from the point of onboarding, however, every 3 months, DS Business Support will conduct a review of time spent, and, should hours  be exceeded, invoices will be reflected the following calendar month to mirror the time needed to complete the tasks.

Coming soon (Autumn 2025) identity verification is now a legal requirement for UK company directors and PSCs to prevent fraud and improve transparency.
