What's new with DS Business Support

  • Summer holidays are now in full swing. How is everyone juggling the work / life balance? Here we are lucky to work in an industry which makes our working hours quite flexible – so don’t be surprised if you see an email from us at odd hours.

  • NEW!!! – we are proud to announce we now have hotdesking available.   • Don't forget: If you are always hands on at work and struggle to keep on top of admin and paying suppliers, we are here to take that off your to do list. We have teamed up with a great software company which integrate with your Xero - meaning any bills which are due are paid on time - without us needing direct access to your bank account. If you would like more information on this service, please let me know - this can also be used for paying wages

  • Don't forget, it isn't only bookkeeping we do here - we are also available as Virtual Assistants to keep on top of your emails, invoicing, chasing clients' invoices owed to you - clearing out junk emails and making you aware of only the emails which you need to action

What's new with DS Business Support

  • We would like to introduce our newest member of the team – Vicky. You may have seen her pop up on your emails today! Vicky is a trainee bookkeeper and will be assisting me with the running of DS Business Support whilst she goes through her bookkeeping course. Vicky will be sending monthly statements to our clients each month. This is a simply courtesy email , but if you have any outstanding invoices, Vicky will soon be on your case! 😊 – Update – Vicky is settling in well and we are excited for her to increase her hours at DS in September
